Good Morning. It's another beautiful day here in Northeastern PA. Spring is my favorite season and I think it's officially here! The weather has been warmer for over a week, but the warmer days are usually followed by a snow storm, so it's always touch and go.

I am a day late posting this, but better late than never right? lol

A monochromatic Challenge At Guylou's Inimitability

 

Good morning Everyone! Today's I am featuring a card I made for the challenge over at Guylou's Inimitability. She asked me to be her guest designer for this challenge, and I was so happy to accept. This was my 1st attempt at a monochromatic card, and i will admit, I was having some difficulty..lol This was the 3rd card I did before I was even remotely satisfied! LOL

The digital image I used is Leah Watering Flowers, one of Guylou's many beautiful images!

Cupcake Boxes

Hi again, today I am going to share with you a couple cupcake boxes i found on Pinterest that I made for Sat.'s Papaer Ala Mode Challenge over at Outlawz. The challenge this week was anything mini..so I added a mini cupcakes to my boxes. These will hold a full size cupcake though. The double box measures 5 1/2 x 2 3/4  x 2 3/4 and the single is a 2 3/4 cube.

Hi Everyone. I was visiting Guylou's Inimitability Blog last night and saw that their current challenge is "Girly".
The card needed to include lace and pearls. When I thought of girly, I thought PINK. Pink makes me think of Breast Cancer Awareness. So, I incorporated this into my card..I hope you like it.

My Copic Markers Arrived!!!

I am so excited to finally get some Copics! Up until now, all of my images were colored using Sharpies and/or Crayola Pencils..this should make a HUGE difference in the appearance of my projects! Thank you, to my wonderful boyfriend, B.J, who bought them for me as a Valentine gift..all 157 of them! I ordered them from Oozak. The process was so easy, and they shipped the same day..for free!

This is for my entry in Guylou's Inimitablity Challende.."you are so not my Valentine". The card had to be for someone other than your significant other, and had to include black. Here's my take on that.

OMG! So Embarrassing!

Ok, for those of us who are or have been dog owner, have dealt with this most embarrassing situation at least once! My father called me Thurs. night and ask me to make a Valentine for his sister, who is, a dog owner. Being it was a Valentine from brother to sister, I decided to go with a humorous card. I hope you like it. LOL
